5 things to prepare before assembly day

A little preparation makes the visit faster and calmer. Here's the short list we send clients before we arrive.

1. Clear the space

Leave about 1.5 metres of free floor around where the furniture will stand — assembly needs room to lay out the panels.

2. Keep the boxes and instructions

Don't unpack everything in advance — that's how parts get lost. Keep the boxes, the hardware bags and the instruction sheet (paper or PDF) together.

3. Check the parts

If you have time, make sure the set is complete and undamaged. A missing panel discovered halfway through assembly can mean a second visit.

4. Sort out access and parking

Let us know the floor, whether there's a lift, and where to park. This matters especially for the Old Town or gated courtyards.

5. Have a socket nearby

A free socket for the drill is enough. If appliances are being connected, make sure water and power are already in place and ready.

That's it. Five minutes of preparation saves time on site and lowers the risk of damage.
