Installation guarantee
If anything from our work has loosened, shifted or stopped closing properly, we'll come back and fix it free of charge. We state the guarantee period in the order confirmation. The guarantee doesn't cover defects in the furniture or appliances themselves — those are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — or damage from misuse.
What affects the price:
- How many doors, and the floor/access to the apartment
- Whether the old door needs removing
- Wall thickness (jamb extension) and door type — standard, sliding or hidden
If extra work turns up, we'll first show exactly what's needed and agree it with you before doing it.
What we do
The door is installed and adjusted — no separate bills for trims, foam or removing the old one.
- Frame set on wedges, levelled: fixed with dowel screws, then foam with spacers in place
- Hanging the door leaf: handle and latch included
- Trims on both sides: 90° joint included, 45° mitre available for an extra charge
- Gaps and adjustment: up to 3 mm all around the door
- We clear the debris; the result is recorded with photos in the handover note

How we work
- 1 You send photos of the opening and the door you bought (or a link from the shop)

We assign a master with the right specialization for the task. For a larger or more complex job, several specialists may come to the site. We confirm the scope and terms in advance.

- Gap for wedges and foam — 10–20 mm.
- The frame is usually 68 or 92 mm; a thicker wall needs a jamb extension.

Do you sell doors?
No, we install the doors you buy. We'll help you pick the size and check the set — short guide below.
What do I need to buy besides the door leaf?
The frame, trims for both sides, a handle, and a jamb extension if the wall is thick. Send us a link from the shop — we’ll check the set before you buy.
How long does it take?
One door takes 1–2 hours; an apartment with 4–6 doors is usually one working day.
Will you remove the old doors?
Yes, removal is +€25 per door; carrying out and disposing of the old doors is agreed separately.
The door rubs or won't close properly — can you just adjust it?
Yes: €45 for the first door, +€20 for each next one in the same visit.
Bought a door at Depo (or similar) with no mortising — what now?
That is normal — the leaf and frame are sold without hinges or a strike plate. Bring the set to our workshop — we prepare it in 2–3 working days and install it.
Butterfly hinges on site — is that normal?
Yes, that is a common no-mortising option: faster and cheaper, though it holds a little less firmly than mortised hinges. Fine for most interior doors.
My wall is drywall/plasterboard — can you still install a door?
Yes, but the fixing goes into the metal stud frame or a backing board behind the drywall, not the board itself. Send a photo of the opening and we will say what to check before the visit.
Do you install entrance doors?
We don't install new entrance doors. We do repair and adjust wooden entrance doors — see the Door repair and adjustment page.
I only have one door — will you come?
Yes, one door all-in is €130, the visit is included in the price.
